Ryan was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, professional and took his time to explain the process installing our whole house water softener system and RO system. Ryan was very detailed in his work and was able to help me make decisions on the best placement of the items. We had Aquarius come out to replace our hard-wired smoke detectors and the process went incredibly smoothly. There was great communication throughout, including a tracking link for an exact time of the technician’s arrival. David was very kind, efficient and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling Aquarius again!

Jon was very professional and detailed in his explanation of our system which is new to us. He went over the different options of filters and never tried to hard sell us on anything! I will ask for Jon every time for sure. Thanks Jon for the amazing customer service and education on our system.

Jon was a great technician! We've had with drinking system with Aquarius for a few years now, and he came to hook it back up after kitchen remodel. Unfortunately, he found out just about everything was messed up with our old unit, and stuck with things until he got it working correctly. Professional, clean, informative, patient. Thanks Jon!

Had Brad as a technician to install our new Carrier 2 stage furnace and 2 stage AC unit, new humidifier and new electronic filter. He and his crew were very pleasant to deal with and informed me of all that would be occurring during the install, even saying come down at anytime that you want to see anything, covering everything and making sure we had our parrot away from the dangerous fumes. Very professional and highly skilled in building the whole new trunk system and looks great! We also ordered the electronic air filter and seems to be working great. They cleaned everything up as one would want their house to be left. Wanted to also thank Katie/Kurt on the inside as well as they helped me all along the way to get things to the price I was looking for. Thanks again guys and I am happy I choose you again a year later from getting our Kenitco RO system, we are a fan!

I do a lot of Google reviews, both good and bad. I’m happy that this review is a very positive one. I’ve used Aquarius for number of years now for a few different services; water solutions and plumbing. Today I had two Members of their team over to perform service on a K5 water purification system. We’ve had this water system for three years, and we are extremely happy. The technician out today were extremely pleasant, very professional, excellent communicators, and the type of employee that myself as a business owner would be proud to have.

Aquarius showed up yesterday to determine the outage of our furnace. at -7° in the morning, the house was getting a little chilly. The furnace had restarted on it's own so the team tracked down the issue and fixed it. They were diligent in their work, they explained all they were doing and were very friendly. Great guys and we appreciate their work.

Great service! We just purchased our new home, which came with an aquarium water filtration system. Xeng Vue was our technician, and he was awesome—very knowledgeable and helpful. Since my family is new to their service, Xeng took the time to walk us through all the equipment. We really appreciated it.

Ryan did a great job with installation of our water softner and our Kinetico drinking water system and making sure I understood everything. Always checking to see if I had questions and ready to answer them. He cleaned everything up and left no mess behind impressive! Great job Ryan!

We had a whole home water softener/filtration system installed, as well as a reverse osmosis drinking water faucet at kitchen sink. Installer, Tom, was super friendly and very good at explaining what he was doing, as well as what the systems will be doing for us. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you, Aquarius!!
